Steve is President of Woodland Home Improvements, which he founded in 1973. Woodland Cleaning & Restoration grew from Woodland Home Improvements in 2002. Steve's wife, Marian, is President of WCR and serves as Office Manager for both entities. Sharing management and overhead assists in containing costs for WCR. Woodland Cleaning & Restoration does 100% insurance restoration.
Steve has been in the construction industry since 1967. He has mastered all phases of new construction, home improvement, and structural repair. While he has had a hand in managing all major projects, Steve will jump in to keep any project on tract for on-time service delivery. He takes pride in his finished product and provides on-the-job training for field personnel.
