Biography                                           Stephen J. Castiglione, Jr.                                  Vice President, Operations Manager Stephen has been in the contracting business since 1992.  He grew up in the family business and was mentored by his father & grandfather.  In addition to management, he is skilled with his hands.  He is proficient in finish carpentry, framing, drywall installation & finishing, painting, tile, hardwood floors, windows, doors, roofing, siding, capping.  He has mastered carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, and is certified in mold remediation.  Stephen oversees multiple projects and does estimating as well.
